A summer to save the NHS

The ConDems are in crisis over their proposals to effectively hand the NHS over to private companies to run.

Only the Conservative backbench 1922 committee, an organisation Thatcher was associated with, gives the proposals any credence.

Andrew Lansley has been forced to put the proposals on hold while they try to work out how to make them more palatable.

The ConDem Coalition is in deep crisis over the NHS. This summer a concerted fightback can save the NHS, and could help bring the Coalition down.

Right to Work is proud of the part we have played in mobilising protests against the attacks on the NHS. We helped initiate the ‘Day X for the NHS‘ demo that saw 1,000 people march through the City of London, We helped build the recent ‘Kill Lansley’s Bill‘ demo.

Over the coming weeks and months we will be supporting and calling protests wherever there are cuts in the NHS and wherever Lansley goes. If you have a protest coming up please let us know and we will advertise it.

Please lets have another big Save the NHS demo. People really need to know what a GB without a national healthcare service would be like. We need to get leaflets out to as many homes as possible. I want to distibute leaflets in my area about what these changes mean if we don’t fight.
